Small Change…Big Improvement!

We have listened to customer feedback for simplicity and improved our Login process to make it simple and secure!

As a sneak preview, here’s what you can expect to see when you login:

From Thursday 3rd March, you will simply need to enter your UserID, current password and you will be asked for either the last four digits of your telephone number and your month or year of birth.

No matter which device you login with – desktop, tablet or smartphone – you will be able to book and transfer your money instantly, from wherever you are.
