  1. All payments within Europe require an IBAN number, SWIFT Code, account name and bank name.
  2. If we receive your funds by midday, all EuroPound SterlingUS and Canadian Dollar payments will arrive in the beneficiary account the same day.
  3. All other currencies take 2-3 working days to credit the beneficiary account.
  4. Weekends in the UAE fall on a Friday and Saturday banks in this region will not process payments on either of these days.
  5. Happy with today’s exchange rate but don’t need to send your money abroad yet? Book a Forward Contract to secure the exchange rate for up to 12 months and use when you need to. This will protect you against movements in the market and a poor rate later down the line!

  7. Due to Indian government restrictions, we cannot receive Rupees from India however we can send Rupees into India.
