FTT Global offer a range of international payment solutions for clients who need to either make or receive cross border payments. Our payment solutions enable our clients to manage the execution of international payments as simply as if they were receiving or making domestic currency payments.

Contract Management Portal (CMP)
The CMP enables all property developers and agents to set up, manage and track the status of all inbound staged payments for a given property or development.

The CMP handles the foreign exchange element of the payment, removing the need for expensive third parties and ensuring the developer or agent retains control of their inbound funds.

A client purchasing a property is given a unique online contract payment schedule where they can view the expected payments for a given property and book the foreign currency payment at the click of a button.

The system provides a real time up to date record of the contract and stage payment status which is visible to both the developer and the client. The system automatically notifies the client when any changes are made to the payment schedule or when payments are due.

The Agent or Developer can use the system to run reports to view their total inbound payments due, overdue and expected in future. This can be done on an individual client basis or across the entire portfolio of properties being sold.

The system can be provided as a fully hosted solution and branded with the developer/agent logo. Deployment costs are negligible and the system can normally be up and running within two weeks.


International Payment Gateway (IPG)
The IPG enables companies and individuals with trusted relationships with their clients (Solicitors, Accountants, IFAs, Business Managers, Agents, etc.) to offer their clients an international payments service. The IPG enables the user to execute international payment on behalf of their clients at market leading exchange rates with FTT Global managing the complexities of FX, AML checking, hedging, and settlement.

The IPG will also manage all deal confirmations and notifications relating to the payment automatically between the user and their end client.

In some instances, our clients choose to enable their end customers to deal online themselves, using a white-labeled version of the IPG.


International Payment Gateway – API (IPG-API)
The IPG-API all of the capabilities of the IPG but via a system to system interface (API). This capability is normally provided with to clients with an existing online capability but no FX or international payments offering. Clients are able to plug the IPG-API into their existing on-line offering with FTT Global providing the execution, deal handling and settlement.

Each implementation is assessed on an individual basis however the functionality within the IPG-API is extremely flexible, enabling FTT Global to provide FX Hedging, Deal Tracking or full Payment Services according to the client requirements.
